Alicia Yi Joins Korn/Ferry International as Managing Director, Strategic Client Services

Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent
management solutions, has appointed Alicia Yi as Managing Director of
Strategic Client Services based in Singapore.
Ms. Yi will lead and develop the Consumer market in Singapore and engage
with global and regional clients to build their leadership teams. She will
also co-head Korn/Ferry’s Human Resources Center of Expertise in Asia
Pacific.
Ms. Yi brings with her a long standing reputation working with foremost
global and regional clients in Asia Pacific. Combined with Korn/Ferry’s
global network and teams, Ms. Yi’s appointment boosts Korn/Ferry’s business
in two key sectors – Consumer and Human Resources.

Prior to Korn/Ferry, Ms. Yi was the Managing Partner of the Heidrick &
Struggles’ Singapore office. She was a key leader in building the Consumer
practice and was a trusted advisor to key executives in the fast moving
consumer goods (FMCG), retail and hotel sectors. She also established and led
the regional Human Resources functional practice across major Asia Pacific
countries. In addition, Ms. Yi was the CEO and founder of a strategic HR
consulting firm and the Head of Compensation Practice in Chicago and
Singapore for Towers Perrin, a leading global HR consulting firm.
A true global citizen, Ms. Yi has lived and worked in three continents -
Asia, USA and Europe and is an active member of the Young President
Organization (YPO). Born in Korea, she grew up in the U.S. and holds a
Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.
