Corby, United Kingdom (13 June, 2012) – Technical Foam Services, a leading independent engineering-based manufacturer and foam producer, announce they are now creating bespoke sponges for one of the UK’s biggest high street retailers.
Technical Foam Services recently announced that they have secured a new contract with one of the biggest high street retailers in the UK, and will provide them with an exceptional range of bespoke English sponges which will be manufactured at their Corby site. The customised sponges will be created from high quality foam based materials, such as PVA foam and polyurethane.
The sponges will be created to reflect England’s 2012 Year of Celebrations due to The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics held in London, and will therefore be coloured red, white or blue. The foam will be converted and machined using CNC cutting and die-cutting, and a printed logo will also be applied to the polyurethane sponge.
